• Use the Service only for its intended purpose

• Not use the Service for any illegal activities
• Respect our fair use policy and rate limits
• Not attempt to circumvent any restrictions or technical limitations

3. Fair Use Policy

To ensure service availability and quality for all users, we implement the following fair use limits:

• Maximum of 30 domain lookups per hour per IP address
• Minimum of 5 seconds between consecutive requests
• Maximum of 100 DNS records per lookup
• Reasonable bandwidth usage

4. Service Availability

While we strive to keep the Service available at all times, we make no guarantees about its availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable if the Service becomes unavailable for any reason.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by A14A and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any DNS information provided through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall A14A, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
